About Apostles

Apostles is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), a church organization that has been operating Lutheran schools for over 150 years. WELS schools comprise the 4th largest private school system in the nation. Apostles has been serving San Jose for over 35 years.

Apostles is fully accredited by the Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Care

Apostles is happy that we are able to provide childcare for our Apostles School families.

Expand your
child's future

Piano Lessons
Students in Grade 3-8 have the opportunity to take piano lessons during the school day.
Younger students may arrange for lessons after school.

Art Classes
Students in all grades have art classes on a weekly basis.

Drama
Each year the students of Apostles perform 2 musicals. Grades 1-3 perform in the fall with an opening by the Kindergarten. Grades 4-8 perform in the spring.

Choirs
Apostles has 2 choirs that sing on Sundays and for special concerts. Students in grades 1-3 may participate in the Children's Choir. Students in grade 4-8 may participate in the Jr. Choir.

Athletics
Apostles students participate in PE Classes, Intramural Programs, and Interscholasatic Sports.

Robotics
Apostles students may participate in the after school robotics program. This program utitlizes theLego Mindstorms curriculum.
